How
do I place an order?
First click on the medication
you would like to purchase. You will then be taken
to our secure server where you will fill out the
online consultation questionnaire. Once you complete
the questionnaire, you will see a confirmation page
to review your information for accuracy. You will
then click Submit to process your order online

How
does an Online Consultation work?
Online consultations
are a new concept in healthcare that utilizes the
Internet to improve patient access to physician
care. The patient does not receive a traditional
physical exam by the physician, but rather, completes
an online questionnaire prepared by medical professionals
and communicates with the physician using our secure
online communication tool. Although online consultations
will never take the place of traditional medicine,
they do provide a means for patients to receive
treatment for a limited number of conditions that,
in certain circumstances, may not require a physical
exam.

How
long will it take to receive my order?
After European licensed, board-certified
physician approves your order, the physician will write the prescription
and send it to the pharmacy where it will be filled
and shipped to you via Royal Mail UK or FedEx. You can track your order online. Once
we ship your order, you can login to Order Status
and follow its way to you. We will notify you only
if there is a problem with your order. All orders
are shipped for Next Day delivery.

NO P.O. BOXES. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes
since an adult signature is required on all packages.
We do not process prescription orders after 12:00pm
on Friday for Monday delivery. If you place an order
after 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on Friday,
the order will be reviewed by the physician and
be sent to the pharmacy on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Orders processed before 12:00pm on Friday, can be
delivered on Saturday for an additional 10.00 € ship
fee by calling (if this service available in your
area).

do I get a Refill?

are your privacy and security issues?
We are dedicated
to ensuring that your patient privacy and security
is secure. All of your personal information furnished
is legally protected under doctor-patient privilege
laws. We only use the latest Secure Encryption
Technology for our online ordering system. Also,
a specialized fraud detecting system is used.
All parties attempting to in any way use fraudulent
credit cards will be reported immediately to the
proper authorities.

will the package arrive? Will people be able to

All packages are shipped in plain packaging to
protect your privacy and confidentiality.

forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard. We do NOT accept checks
or money orders at this time.

much do you charge for a doctor's consultation
to write a prescription?
The doctor's consultation is
always FREE on all of our medications.

I return my medications?
No. Due to federal laws, we
are unable to accept returned prescription medications.

this site legal?
Yes. Eu-Rx.com
fills prescriptions from European licensed, board-certified
physicians. Our pharmacies are licensed in all of Europe
to dispense medications, and we
employ European licensed pharmacists that provide
you with the highest standards of pharmaceutical
care. We adhere to all European Union regulations
and provide the highest standards of pharmaceutical
care. All medication is obtained from either legitimate
pharmaceutical wholesalers or from the manufacturer
itself so that you can be sure you are receiving
the same medication as you would at your neighborhood
drugstore.
